Personal Information Privacy Policy

A personal information management director is appointed to manage personal information within Josuikai and all subcontractors.
Personal information will only be gathered by appropriate means as required by Josuikai, and all gathering, usage and member services will be disclosed.
Personal information will not be used or provided for means other than those agreed upon at time of gathering such information.
Legitimate security measures are in place to prevent unlawful access, loss, falsification and leakage of personal information.
Prompt and reasonable action will be taken to disclose, update, alter limits of disclosure, or delete personal information upon request by members.
Laws and regulations applicable to personal information will be adhered to, and ongoing review and improvement of personal information protection measures will be conducted.
